Our Mission
To provide financial assistance and socio-economic development to the Scheduled Tribes of Maharashtra through concessional loans, enabling them to improve their livelihoods and participate fully in the economic mainstream.
Shabari Adivasi Vitta Va Vikas Mahamandal (Shabari Tribal Finance and Development Corporation) is a Government of Maharashtra undertaking established under the Maharashtra Scheduled Tribe Finance and Development Corporation Act. The corporation operates under the Tribal Development Department, Government of Maharashtra.
The Mahamandal extends concessional credit facilities to economically weaker sections among Scheduled Tribes for income-generating activities including agriculture, horticulture, animal husbandry, small business, housing, education and skill development.
With its Head Office at Nashik and branch offices across all tribal districts of Maharashtra, Shabari Mahamandal serves over 31,000 beneficiaries with a loan portfolio exceeding ₹500 crore.
