Authorised Users

This portal (loan.mahashabari.gov.in) is operated by Shabari Adivasi Vitta Va Vikas Mahamandal (SAVVM), a Government of Maharashtra undertaking. Access is restricted to:

  • Registered tribal beneficiaries who are eligible under applicable SAVVM loan schemes
  • Authorised Shabari Mahamandal staff, branch officers, and administrators

Unauthorised access or use of this portal is prohibited and may be subject to action under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Loan Applications

Submission of a loan application through this portal does not constitute approval or guarantee of a loan. All applications are subject to verification by the concerned branch office and approval by the Head Office of Shabari Mahamandal as per applicable scheme guidelines and Government Orders. The final decision on sanction rests with the Mahamandal.

Accuracy of Information

Applicants are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and authenticity of all information and documents submitted through this portal. Any discrepancy found during verification must be corrected before final sanction. Submission of incorrect information — whether intentional or otherwise — may result in delay or rejection of the application.

Consequences of False Information

Submitting false, forged, or misleading information to this portal is a serious offence. It may result in:

  • Immediate rejection of the current and future applications
  • Recall of any sanctioned or disbursed loan amount with applicable penal interest
  • Debarment from applying for SAVVM schemes in the future
  • Legal action under applicable provisions of law, including the Indian Penal Code and the IT Act

Portal Access and Misuse

Access to this portal may be suspended or permanently revoked if a user is found to be misusing the system, sharing credentials, or attempting to access data beyond their authorised scope. Shabari Mahamandal reserves the right to take appropriate action against any misuse without prior notice.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the portal after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users are advised to review this page periodically.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maharashtra and the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of this portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nashik, Maharashtra.
